Cost Structure and Performance of Higher Education Institutions in China

论文摘要

本研究核心的主题是了解中国高等院校的成本结构与效率理论与实际的基础.我们应用许多有关产出参数来估计和推算全国各地区高等院校的成本结构和效率.与此之外,我们产量涵数还加入代表高等院校质量,时间和区域的影响.改革开放以来中国市场的高等院校的需求越来越大.另外政府其他部门对资金的竞争和需求都比较高因此政府要采取学费的措施来弥补高等院校资金的缺陷.本研究对高等院校相关的问题进行探讨;目前中国高等院校本科和研究生基本情况如何?高等院校筹资机制主要包括哪方面?政府资金和学费各占多少百分率?中国高等院校成本上升基本原理和主要因素是什么?中国各地区高等院校成本结构如何,其效率高低怎么样?这为本研究要去解决核心的问题.从目标来看本研究主要有五大主题；第一,探索中国高等院校成本上升主要原因何在?这不仅让我们更多了解高等院校成本上升的范围和深度而且提供了与其他国家不同经验可对比的平台.中国是否存在促进高等院校成本上升特别的因素而且是什么因素?第二,中国改革开放政策与高等院校教育改革对高等院校成本上升起了什么作用?第三,中国个地区高等院校成本结构和效率怎么样?第四,中国各地区高等院校效率怎么样?第五,进行武汉理工大学教学质量因素问卷分析.本研究主要采用回归分析,随机边界分析,和数据包络分析来处理数据.所有采取的数据分析都表明中国高等院校的成本结构和效率是一致的,但是受到时间变动,区域经济情况和其他因素.这样,经济发达地区显示高效率反而经济落后地区显得差一些.
