论功能对等理论在商务合同英汉翻译中的应用

论文摘要

随着经济的发展以及全球化的进程,商务合同在提高国际经济贸易和规范市场秩序变的越来越重要。然而,多数的成型的商业合同是不准确,不专业甚至是难以操作的。这些存在问题的翻译不仅仅能导致法律纷争和财政的损失,还会扰乱国际市场。在这种情况下,指导商务合同的翻译原则及策略就呼之欲出。先前对于商务合同的研究只是单纯的讨论翻译技巧,很少能够设计到科学的,系统的分析。在这样的形式之下,关于商务合同对等理论的论文就产生了,联系着情景背景,文本功能及语言的选择等多方面。这篇论文根据三种文本功能详细阐述了三种商务合同的翻译原则,之后在微观语言学方面展开讨论应用策略并且提供实践性和理论性相结合的商务合同翻译策略。
