作者张欣伟(2019)在《甲维盐注干可溶粒剂的研制及应用》一文中研究指出:甲维盐对松材线虫有很强的毒杀活性,为有效防治松材线虫病,研制了甲维盐注干可溶粒剂。在研制出甲维盐注干可溶粒剂配方和生产工艺基础上,测定了可溶粒剂在马尾松内传导效率,原位表征了甲维盐在马尾松组织结构中分布;粒剂林间施药后,研究了甲维盐在树体内的残留分布动态及对松材线虫病的防治效果。本文主要研究结果如下:⒈研究了粒剂的配方及造粒工艺。测定了6种水溶性载体的溶解性及吸油率,采用混料均匀试验设计方案及偏最小二乘回归分析得出最优比例,与甲维盐油相均匀搅拌制粒。以小试工艺基础,中试工艺选用ZGH高速混捏机混捏物料,确定最适混捏时间为10min,最后选用SET-100单螺杆挤条机挤压造粒,得到了10%甲维盐注干可溶粒剂中试产品,其最佳配比甲维盐14.3(折纯10.0%),表面活性剂6.7%,助溶剂12.0%,苯甲酸钠39.0%,一水乳糖20.5%,水溶性淀粉3.0%,羧甲基纤维素4.5%,粒剂各项性能符合要求。⒉研究了粒剂的传导效率,表征了甲维盐在树体内的原位分布。将10%甲维盐注干可溶粒剂注干施药于马尾松幼苗基部,30d后分段取样,阴干粉碎,高效液相色谱法检测甲维盐的含量,结果显示各部位都能检测到甲维盐的含量,30d时甲维盐传导效率17.38%28.67%;60d后,传导效率为49.08%70.30%。马尾松主干切片后荧光衍生化,使用荧光显微镜观察切片,发现甲维盐主要分布在木质部轴向树脂道、管胞以及边材树脂道部位,与松材线虫侵入马尾松的部位相似。松材线虫进入松树后,首先取食薄壁细胞,胞中甲维盐进入虫体,致线虫中毒死亡,阻止了松材线虫在树体内的繁殖和扩散。⒊研究了甲维盐注干可溶粒剂林间施用后的残留动态及防治效果。在福建省泉州市仙公山和浙江省杭州市临安区东湖村疫区进行了可溶粒剂注干施药。施药60d、180d后取样检测,仙公山的甲维盐残留量为0.97mg/L、1.56 mg/L,东湖村为1.627mg/L、5.484 mg/L,均高于松材线虫LC90(0.75mg/L)。东湖村疫区,注干防治110棵马尾松,1年后马尾松死亡率0%,对照区6.1%;仙公山疫区,注干防治230棵马尾松,马尾松死亡率为1.7%,对照区10.8%。甲维盐注干可溶粒剂可在马尾松松脂分泌期施用,造粒工艺简单,无塑料瓶包装,不会造成塑料容器载体的浪费和环境污染,对人不会有意外伤害发生,防治效果显著,在森林及城市绿化树的病虫害防治中具有较好的应用前景。
