作者李颖(2019)在《往复压缩机滑动轴承间隙复合故障诊断方法研究》一文中研究指出:往复压缩机是石油、化工等领域用于压缩和输送气体的关键设备,一旦发生事故会造成巨大的经济损失和人员伤亡,因此,研究往复压缩机故障诊断技术对保证其正常运行具有重要意义。本文以往复压缩机传动机构滑动轴承间隙复合故障为研究对象,从故障诊断过程的数据获取、特征提取和状态识别角度出发,深入研究多体动力学仿真、信号处理方法、盲源信号处理技术和智能模式识别等方法,结合往复压缩机滑动轴承间隙复合故障振动信号特性,提出了一套有效的往复压缩机滑动轴承间隙复合故障诊断方法。主要工作如下:往复压缩机滑动轴承间隙故障因其隐蔽性和形成周期长,试验成本高等问题,难以开展多类型故障复合试验以致故障数据获取不足,为解决此问题,进行了含间隙运动副的往复压缩机轴承复合故障状态多体动力学仿真方法研究。选取连杆大头轴承及小头轴承间隙故障为研究对象,首先分析影响滑动轴承间隙故障的因素,利用“无质量连接法”建立轴承间隙故障运动学分析模型,运用非线性接触碰撞模型理论建立轴承间隙故障动力学模型,然后利用多体动力学分析软件建立轴承间隙复合故障动力学仿真模型,实现了往复压缩机轴承间隙复合故障状态数据的获取。通过传感器所拾取的往复压缩机轴承间隙复合故障振动信号,往往是多个故障的振动源信号及噪声相互耦合形成的,因实际工作环境及振动传递路径的影响,无法预知往复压缩机轴承间隙复合故障的振动源数目,严重影响了轴承间隙复合故障信号分离结果的正确性,为此,提出了基于时变零相位滤波模式分解和奇异值分解的故障振源数估计方法。经验模式分解(EMD)方法适用于分析非平稳、多变量耦合的信号,但一直存在着端点效应、包络拟合、模态混叠等问题,为此,提出了以高、低频信号分量的时间尺度设计时变滤波器提取均值信号,来替代EMD方法中上下包络线提取均值信号的时变零相位滤波模式分解方法,仿真和实测信号验证了该方法的有效性。同时,考虑到故障振源数受到传感器数量的影响,利用时变零相位滤波模式分解方法将单通道信号扩展为多通道信号数据,形成本征模函数重组信号,对重组后信号进行奇异值分解,根据特征值分布来确定故障振源数。通过仿真和实测信号对比分析,该方法可准确估计出往复压缩机轴承间隙复合故障信号的故障振源数。由于往复压缩机轴承间隙复合故障振动信号为多故障源耦合形成,且轴承间隙故障特征的形态差异性较小,利用常规信号分解方法不能有效地分离形态相似的轴承间隙复合故障特征,可能发生不同故障特征频率混叠,弱故障特征被强故障特征掩盖等问题,提出了一种基于深度字典学习形态分量分析(MCA)的往复压缩机轴承间隙复合故障特征提取方法。首先通过对MCA方法理论知识的研究,针对MCA方法中字典不能最佳匹配复杂信号结构特征的局限性,提出了一种深度字典学习的MCA方法,通过仿真信号验证该方法的有效性。将该方法引入到往复压缩机轴承间隙复合故障特征提取中,通过对不同类型轴承间隙故障振动信号的深度字典学习,获得最佳匹配故障信号特征的字典,并与EMD方法对比,验证基于深度字典学习的MCA方法对往复压缩机轴承复合故障振动信号特征提取的准确性,实现了往复压缩机轴承复合故障特征分量的有效分离和提取。为了准确地把握往复压缩机滑动轴承的健康状态,需要根据故障类别来判断故障位置,进而确定维修的重点部分。针对往复压缩机轴承间隙故障类别与振动响应存在非线性关系的特性,提出了一种基于精细复合多尺度散布熵(RCMDE)的往复压缩机轴承间隙故障特征定量表达方法,实现了不同类别故障特征的表征。又因不同故障类型的故障特征向量存在着很大的相关性,不易辨识。引入具有特征提取能力的深度学习方法,提出了一种基于最大信息系数(MIC)和遗传算法(GA)的深度信念网络(DBN)改进方法,经UCI标准数据集验证该方法的有效性和优越性,并应用于往复压缩机轴承间隙复合故障诊断中,实现了往复压缩机轴承间隙复合故障类型的正确识别与诊断。
