新课标视阈下英语教师的知识结构与社会需求整合研究 ——基于沈阳市高中教师的研究

论文摘要

本研究主要是探究新课程背景下英语教师的知识结构。作者想用实证方法调查教师的知识结构,了解新课程背景下,沈阳高中英语教师的知识结构现状。研究的问题是：教师的知识结构现状如何?新课标中所要求的教师知识结构是什么样的?教师将如何来完善知识结构?作者在沈阳的四所高中对教师的知识结构开展调查研究。参加调查研究的教师有78位。本研究为实证研究,通过调查问卷,访谈以及课堂观察等方面探究了英语教师的知识结构现状。在此研究的基础上,本文作者概括总结了教师知识结构地特点,提出了英语新课程标准带来的挑战以及英语教师完善知识结构。本文由五部分组成：第一章,该论。其中主要介绍了本文的研究目的以及探究英语教师知识结构的重要性。第二章,文献综述。主要介绍了教师的知识结构和英语新课程标准,并简要介绍了一些相关的研究。第三章,研究方法。列出了调查过程中所用的调查问卷,并对采访和课堂观察也做了一定的说明。第四章,结论及反思。此部分说明了此次调查的研究结果,并在研究结果的基础上进行了深入的讨论。第五章,结论。本章主要说明了整个研究过程所得出的结论以及这些结论对教师教学的影响。同时对此次研究的不足之处和今后应注意的方面也进行了说明。
