初中英语作业的多元化设计与评价研究

论文摘要

随着我国英语新课程改革的不断推进,国家教育部于2001年颁布的《全日制义务教育普通高级中学英语课程标准(实验稿)》(以下简称《英语课程标准》)提出,基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力,而综合语言运用能力的形成建立在学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等素养整体发展的基础上。为了帮助学生达到以上课程目标的要求,教师需要根据他们的认知水平和年龄特点,对其进行相关的语言训练,例如让他们完成不同类型的作业。同时,对他们的作业采用多元化的评价方式对其进行评价。本研究旨在改进初中英语作业的类型设计和评价方式,其理论基础为:霍华德?加德纳教授的多元智能理论、学习风格理论和我国的《英语课程标准》(2001)。受各种智能和学习偏好的影响,不同学生的学习效果会产生一定的差异,尤其是初中学生,如果教师布置的作业和采用的评价方式符合其个性特点,会更容易激发他们学习英语的积极性和主动性,从而不断提高他们的英语水平。针对目前的初中英语作业类型和评价方式,笔者分别对部分初中学生和教师进行了一项问卷调查。研究数据显示,目前的初中英语作业无论在类型设计,还是在评价方式上,都显露了一些突出的问题,如:针对考试的笔头作业量较大,口头作业和其它形式的作业较少,评价方式较为单一,等等。然而,大部分学生和教师已经意识到对初中英语作业进行改革的必要性,同时也针对这个问题提出了一些建议。为了更好地培养学生在生活中灵活运用英语的能力,有效达到五大课程目标的要求,笔者在参考其他研究者的研究成果的基础上,针对初中学生的特点,设计了三种英语作业类型:真实性作业、娱乐型作业和创新型作业。在每一种作业类型中,又以相关示例对其进行详细的介绍。接着,对于如何采用多元化的评价方式对上述作业进行评价也进行了相关的论述。最后,笔者对于如何在实践中更好地对初中英语作业进行多元化设计和评价提出了一些建议和注意事项。因此,此项研究可为初中英语教师对英语作业类型和评价方式进行设计提供一定的参考,从而促使他们在今后的教学实践中进一步提高自身的教学水平,以及更好地激发学生学习英语的热情。
