激励在改进组织绩效中的作用研究 ——以谷歌公司为例

论文摘要

这是一个很明确的事实,激励直接影响个人绩效。因此激励者应该了解员工的需求以便于满足他们。每一个员工将不会和另一个人以同一种方式被激励,但是他们将会通过以不同的方法研究来被激励,因此激励者应该分析和识别最好的方法去激励每一个员工以便于得到最好的绩效。本文中,我鉴定和分析激励员工的方法有财务方法和非财务方法,学习激励理论。学习怎么在组织中使用它们。研究“谷歌作为最适合工作的公司”是怎么样来雇佣和激励他们的员工。做调查了解对人们最佳激励者是什么样的。并且最后通过所有的研究资料给予一些意见和建议。
