词块教学法在高中英语词汇教学中的实证研究

论文摘要

词汇是语言的基础,词汇教学在语言教学中起着关键作用。然而,国内的英语词汇教学被证明费时低效,这对于英语学习,尤其是高中英语学习,有很大的影响。高中英语教学任务繁重,课时紧,学生们在掌握了教学大纲要求掌握的语法之后,还不得不学习大量的英语词汇。因此,帮助高中学生解决或缓和英语词汇学习的问题,帮助他们提高诸如英语听、说、读、写、译等方面的技能,帮助他们为英语学习打下坚实的基础是极其重要和必要的。考虑到词汇和词汇教学的重要性和当今国内高中英语词汇教学的严峻形势,以及传统英语词汇教学方法在词汇教学方面的低效率,笔者决定用词块教学法教授高中英语词汇。笔者认为本教学法有利于培养高中学生灵活学习和使用英语词汇的能力,从而有利于提高他们的英语学习效果。笔者在进行教学实验之前在陕西省澄城县创新高级中学高一和高二年级的一些学生中进行了一次问卷调查,旨在大体了解高中生的词汇量和高中英语词汇教学的情况。笔者所带的高一年级7班和8班的学生在教学实验中被选作为受试者。社会科学统计软件SPSS16.0被用来分析教学实验中使用的词块教学法和传统的词汇教学方法的数据,从而能够体现词块教学法在高中英语词汇教学中的显著效果。经过分析这些实验数据,笔者证实了该研究的有效性,达到了研究的目的。
