中国平板玻璃产业国际竞争力研究

论文摘要

平板玻璃是指其厚度远远小于其长度和宽度、上下表面平行的板状硅酸盐玻璃。平板玻璃是重要的生活和生产要素,广泛应用于各个领域,其最为常见的用途是用作建筑门窗,除此之外平板玻璃的传统应用领域还包括汽车、火车、飞机等交通工具的舷窗制造。近一二十年来,随着建筑和交通工具制造要求的不断提高,平板玻璃的种类不断增加,安全玻璃、自洁玻璃、防辐射玻璃、低辐射玻璃等各种新型功能玻璃层出不穷。另外,平板玻璃也是诸多新兴产业的重要原材料。太阳能电池、液晶显示器、LED显示器等高科技产品都以特殊的平板玻璃作为基板。中国平板玻璃的年产量自1989年起已连续二十几年位居世界第一。以2010年为例,中国平板玻璃年产量达6.6亿重量箱,占全球平板玻璃产量的一半以上。从量上来看,中国是名副其实的平板玻璃生产大国。但是一个产业要实现可持续发展,单纯追求产量是不可取的。提高产业的竞争力才是实现产业可持续发展,在国际竞争中取得有利地位的必然选择。本文在对中国平板玻璃产业发展历史和现状分析的基础上,对该产业的国际竞争力进行评价和分析,进一步指出了其发展过程中存在的障碍和问题,并探讨了中国平板玻璃行业提高国际竞争力的战略和道路。本文共分七章,第一章给出了平板玻璃、平板玻璃产业等相关术语的定义,并进行了背景知识的介绍。第二章从市场需求、主要平板玻璃生产企业、发展趋势三方面概括介绍了世界平板玻璃市场和世界平板玻璃产业的概况。接下来,本文对中国平板玻璃的历史和现状进行了概括。用产品生命周期理论分析了中国平板玻璃发展的不同阶段,并进一步总结了现阶段中国平板玻璃行业的特点。在完成世界平板玻璃产业和中国平板玻璃产业的介绍后,本文第四章运用贸易竞争指数和市场占有率等指标对中国平板玻璃产业进行了国际竞争力的评价。在竞争力评价的基础上,第四章第二节又运用波特钻石模型对平板玻璃产业国际竞争力的决定因素进行了全面分析。基于对中国平板玻璃产业国际竞争力评价和分析,本文第五章进一步总结了制约中国平板玻璃产业国际竞争力提高的因素。为了充分研究中国平板玻璃产业的国际竞争力,本文的第六章选取了中国平板玻璃的典型企业金晶科技进行了SWOT分析。最后一章,本文以产业集中度指标、小岛清边际产业扩张理论等为依据,分别从企业的角度和政府的角度给出了提高平板玻璃产业国际竞争力的建议。
