论文摘要
原发性肝脏恶性纤维组织细胞瘤在临床上比较少见，文献报道甚少。本文报道了一例53岁的男性患者，上腹痛伴消瘦一月入院。B超和CT检查都提示左肝一个巨大的富含血管的肿块。组织病理学发现肿瘤主要由席纹状排列的胖梭形细胞、组织细胞样细胞及破骨细胞样巨细胞组成。免疫组化结果显示，大部分肿瘤细胞表达vimentin，α-1 antichymotrypsin，α-1 antitrypsin和CD-68。从形态学和免疫组织化学方面都支持该肿瘤应诊断为原发性肝脏恶性纤维组织细胞瘤。
