作者马艳(2019)在《山核桃天牛植物源引诱剂的初步研究》一文中研究指出:桑天牛Apriona germari、星天牛Anoplophora chinensis和云斑天牛Batocera horsfieldi是3种为害山核桃Carya cathayensis最严重的天牛,其成虫啃食新枝嫩梢,幼虫蛀食山核桃树枝和枝干,为害时间长且隐蔽,难以防治,且目前对这3种天牛植物源引诱剂研究较少。故本文通过活体植物动态顶空套袋吸附法收集不同危害状态[健康(CK)以及天牛取食、产卵和钻蛀危害]下山核桃释放的挥发物,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)、气相色谱-触角电位测量系统(GC-EAD)及Y型嗅觉仪分析鉴定出对桑天牛、星天牛和云斑天牛成虫产生电生理及行为反应的挥发物,最后通过林间诱捕试验来验证对这3种天牛具有行为反应的挥发物,为筛选桑天牛、星天牛和云斑天牛的植物源引诱剂的成分和比例提供理论支撑。研究发现:1、天牛胁迫对山核桃挥发物有一定的影响。不同危害状态下山核桃释放的挥发物分别鉴定出45,37,35和46种化合物,共7类51种,皆以萜烯类和芳香族化合物居多,其中7类33种是共有挥发物。但每种危害状态下山核桃释放的挥发物都有一种或几种特有的成分,且不同危害状态下山核桃释放的挥发物多种成分存在显著性差异,其中受到天牛幼虫钻蛀危害的山核桃释放的挥发物与健康山核桃的相似,而受到天牛成虫取食和产卵危害与健康山核桃存在较大差异。2、桑天牛、星天牛和云斑天牛对不同危害状态下山核桃挥发物的GC-EAD反应存在差异,其中桑天牛成虫仅对不同危害状态下山核桃释放的蒎烯、乙酸叶醇酯、壬醛、α-萜品醇、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯及正十六烷6种挥发物产生明显的电生理反应;星天牛成虫仅对蒎烯、罗勒烯、萜品烯、对二乙苯、壬醛、α-萜品醇、五甲基苯、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、2,6-二甲基萘及正十六烷这10种挥发物有明显的电生理反应;而云斑天牛成虫仅对蒎烯、萜品烯、壬醛、α-萜品醇、五甲基苯、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、2,6-二甲基萘及正十六烷这8种挥发物有明显的电生理反应。3、嗅觉反应结果表明,乙酸叶醇酯、壬醛和丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯对桑天牛成虫有较强的引诱作用,而α-萜品醇产生较好的驱避作用;罗勒烯对星天牛雌成虫产生较强的引诱作用,而丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯产生较好的驱避作用,蒎烯和罗勒烯对星天牛雄成虫产生较强的引诱作用,而对二乙苯和壬醛产生较好的驱避作用;壬醛和α-萜品醇对云斑天牛雌成虫产生较强的引诱作用,而蒎烯产生较好的驱避作用,萜品烯和壬醛对云斑天牛雄成虫产生较强的引诱作用,而α-萜品醇产生较好的驱避作用。4、林间诱捕试验结果表明,乙酸叶醇酯对桑天牛的引诱效果最好,其次是壬醛和丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯,且诱捕效果没有显著差异(P<0.05),其中乙酸叶醇酯和壬醛诱捕到的雄虫比例更高,而丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯诱捕到的雌虫比例更高;罗勒烯对星天牛的诱捕效果显著高于其他诱芯(P<0.05),其次是β-蒎烯、壬醛、月桂烯和蒎烯,其中蒎烯、壬醛、β-蒎烯和月桂烯诱捕到的雄虫比例更高,而罗勒烯诱捕到的雌虫比例更高;壬醛和顺-3-己烯-1-醇对云斑天牛的诱捕效果显著高于其他诱芯(P<0.05),其次是α-萜品醇、萜品烯和E-2-辛烯醛,其中萜品烯诱捕到都是雄虫,E-2-辛烯醛诱捕到的雄虫比例更高,而壬醛、α-萜品醇和顺-3-己烯-1-醇诱捕到的雌虫比例更高。综上,仅有壬醛同时诱捕到桑天牛、星天牛和云斑天牛,说明壬醛是这3种天牛的共享植物源引诱挥发物。
