一项关于英语专业新生口语错误的实证研究

本文以错误分析理论为基础,对延安大学英语专业大一学生口语表达中出现的错误进行了实证性研究,旨在为口语教学提供一些建议。近年来对错误分析的研究大多都是写作方面的研究,而对口语的研究,尤其是英语专业学生的口语研究还不是很多。为了更多地关注学生口语中出现的错误,论文收集了学生的口语语料进行研究。本次研究主要采用问卷,访谈和作者亲自参与口语教学的形式来完成。论文主要围绕“是否纠错”,“哪些错误需要纠正”,“何时纠错”,“怎样纠错”和“由谁纠错”五个问题展开。研究表明:1.教师及学生对口语错误以及纠正持正确,积极的态度。他们认为口语错误应该得到纠正。2.在学生所犯的错误当中,语法错误居多,其次是语音,词汇和句子表达方面的错误。3.教师在纠正口语错误时需要考虑到学生的性格差异而采取不同的方法。4.在适当的时间,使用适当的方法纠正错误会有助于学生口语表达的准确性。最后,作者指出该论文的局限性,希望以后相关研究能够在更长的观察期和更大样本下进行。
