话语标记语与交替传译的动态性分析

近年来,话语标记语已经成为国内外话语分析和语用学研究中的一个热门问题(Brinton,1996;Jucker and Ziv,1998)。自二十世纪七十年代以来,语用学家们对话语标记语进行了激烈的讨论。虽然他们的研究视角各不相同,但是他们都对话语标记语和话语标记语功能的理解做出了一定的贡献。其中只有少数研究了翻译中话语标记语的作用。而更少有人研究过话语标记语在口译中的作用。本文将从关联理论的角度来探讨标语标记语及其在汉英交替传译中的作用。希望本文能对口译中信息的有效传递贡献微薄之力。本文作者认为,在特定的语境中,口头交际的进行是交际双方,即说话者和接受者,相互协调的结果。协调指交际过程中新旧信息的相互作用。在某个语境中,当话语信息处理过程中存在多个语境假设时,通过修饰或确定这些预设可能会产生一定的语境效果(何自然,2006:240)。新的信息可能会进一步证明并且增强先前的语境假设,也可能驳斥并推翻先前的语境假设(Sperber and Wilson,2001:109)。在一个特定的语境中,说话者常常会借助话语标记语来表达自己的潜在意义。话语标记语也能够帮助话语接受者用最少的努力处理话语信息,并达到最佳关联的效果。在交替传译过程中,口译员在话语的构建中通常借助话语标记语来引导或限制语用推理。本文借助话语互动功能和关联理论,探讨话语标记语,研究话语标记语是如何使得交替传译的过程呈现出动态特征以及呈现了什么的特征。
