论过程—体裁教学法在高中英语写作教学中的应用

英语作为一门世界通用语言,愈来愈受到公众的认可与重视。英语课是高中的一门必修课,在高中学习中起着举重轻重的作用。听、说、读、写构成了英语学习者必须掌握的四大基本技能。现行的《高中课程标准》明确地把“写”的要求列入了英语语言技能的目标中。写作在英语学习中占有重要的地位。十七世纪的英国哲学家培根说过:“写作使人精确”。但是,由于更多重视口语教学,多年来英语写作教学一直是高中英语教学中最容易被忽视的一个环节。学生的听读技能在逐年提高,但写作能力的提高却不太明显,写作部分的成绩还未达到要求(雷卿,2000)。本论文从目前高中生在英语写作过程中存在的种种问题入手,结合新课程标准对学生语言掌握的基本要求,立足于语言学习策略及其对英语学习的影响,对如何在日常教学中有步骤、系统地帮助学生形成正确的学习策略,培养、训练学生写作习惯,逐步提高学生的英语写作能力等问题展开介绍。传统写作教学模式比较单一:教师布置题目,学生写作,然后上交,教师批改,最后在课堂上简单讲评,其结果是收效甚微。在过去三、四十年,西方国家对写作教学进行了大量的研究,并产生了一系列的方法论。在2000年,R. Badger和G. White提出了一种综合的写作教学模式—过程体裁法。本文将通过实验证明过程体裁法对提高高中生英语写作水平的有效性。实验结果表明过程体裁法能更有效地提高高中生写作水平和对写作的兴趣、培养良好的写作习惯、增强与人合作的意识及对写作的信心、提高独立思维和解决问题的能力。本文共计五章。第一章为绪论;第二章概述文献综述;第三章对过程体裁法进行实验分析,论证这一方法的有效性。第四章阐述过程体裁法在高中英语写作教学的实施模式;第五章为结论部分,反思研究存在的问题并提出对使用此法的一些建议。
