远程开放教育成人英语学习策略研究

外语学习策略的研究一直以来就是语言研究学者热点关注的话题。语言研究学者所做的大量研究提高了学习者使用语言学习策略的意识并加深了对影响学习策略使用的因素的了解。但多数研究是以传统课堂教学模式下的学习者为研究对象,针对成人的英语学习策略研究较少,关于远程开放教育模式下的成人英语学习策略研究更是寥寥无几。笔者身处开放教育英语教学的第一线,深知成人学习者在远程开放英语学习中所碰到的难题和障碍。本文采用问卷调查和访谈的方法,以大连广播电视大学07春本科的182名成人学习者的英语学习策略进行调查,使用SPSS统计软件对数据进行统计分析,从而了解成人学习者在远程开放学习中的语言策略使用现状,归纳成人英语学习策略使用存在的主要问题,并在此基础上对成人学习者英语学习策略使用和性别、年龄、学历以及英语成绩分别对比分析进行相关性研究。研究结果表明:远程开放成人学习者的语言学习策略使用与其英语水平有关,而成人学习者的性别、年龄、受教育程度对语言学习策略的运用没有明显差异。最后,本文提出英语学习策略培训的建议,希望成人学习者提高英语自主学习能力。
