从亚文化角度分析美国大学俚语

论文摘要

本篇论文的主要目的在于在文化语境理论的基础上,分析美国学生俚语,并探讨美国学生俚语和美国亚文化之间的关系。本文的理论框架是文化语境。语境因素以文化的形式表现出来,就成了文化语境。文化语境在交际过程起着重要的作用。美国俚语的形成与发展与美国的发展史是同步的,美国俚语有着独特的特点及功能。美国俚语正是美国社会,美国文化的反映。美国学生俚语作为美国英语生动形象地组成部分,是美国学生亚文化群独树一帜的代表。由于青年学生是比较敏感的群体,他们有着前卫的思想,因此,学生群体创造了大量的美国俚语,这种口语化、简短的俚语被美国学生广泛使用于日常会话中。美国俚语源自美国亚文化群。美国的亚文化群多种多样,美国学生亚文化群只是其众多亚文化群的一个组成部分,美国学生俚语是一种亚文化语言,其产生发展都有其特定的亚文化语境,因此便形成了学生亚文化群所特有的语言风格,即美国学生俚语。总之,本篇论文的创新点在于结合语言学,美国学生俚语及亚文化的相关知识,从亚文化角度探讨、研究美国学生俚语。
