批评言语行为的性别差异

语言与性别研究是社会语言学研究的重要课题。本研究关注男女性在批评和批评回应中使用的不同策略,试图揭示批评中男女会话风格的规律性和差异性,从而提高交际双方对此规律和差异的敏感性,帮助交际双方正确的解释、判断和评价对方的言语行为,顺利有效地进行两性言语交际,减少交际失误。同时了解男女性不同的交际策略,可以帮助老师引导学生努力思考,激励学生,特别是女生的积极性,活跃课堂气氛,克服课堂上的性别不平等现象及性别差异带来的交际失误,提高课堂教学质量。本研究以性别与语言研究理论为基础,运用Brown和Levinson的礼貌理论和Blum-Kulka的言语序列分析模式,以会话补全法为工具,围绕性别变量,以美国籍被试为研究对象,针对以下3个研究问题进行调查,共收到46份有效问卷,运用spss统计软件中的卡方检验方法进行了统计分析:1)在批评言语中,男女性最常用的策略分别是什么?2)在批评回应中,男女性最常用的策略分别是什么?3)被试的年龄、交际对方性别和距离因素如何影响策略的选择?本研究取得了如下发现:1)批评时,男性最常用公开礼貌策略,女性最常用消极礼貌策略作为话头语,男女性都常用缓和语作为支持话步。当（1）随着被试年龄增长,（2）交际对方是女性,（3）交际对方是陌生人时,男女两性均使用更为礼貌的策略。2)回应时,男女两性最常用消极礼貌策略为话头语,使用缓和语为支持话步。（1）年龄因素对男女两性回应策略的影响不明显。（2）被女性批评时,男性被试的回应策略略显不礼貌。（3）当被陌生人批评时,男女性回应策略均较为礼貌。本文共有六章组成。第一章阐述本研究的目的和意义,第二章回顾了国内外对批评语及批评回应语的研究,第三章介绍本研究的理论框架:（1）列文森和里奇的礼貌理论;（2）性别与语言相关理论,第四章关于本研究的研究方法,第五章对数据进行描述和分析,第六章总结本研究的发现及局限性和启示。
