网络环境下外贸银行在中国的核心竞争力分析

论文摘要

随着中国加入世贸组织,中国的金融市场也逐渐敞开了对外开放的大门。外资银行以各种形式在中国金融市场上发展壮大。同时,随着中国经济及信息技术的发展,中国网络环境不断进步,中国网民人数也不断增加,为网络银行提供了大量的潜在消费者,从而将弥补外资银行在中国地域分布的不足,为其更深入地进入中国金融市场提供了条件。本文以核心竞争力理论为基础,分析了外资银行利用其先进的技术资源,丰富的人力资源和强大的资金支持,借助其丰富的管理经验和创新能力,随着网络银行服务的日益完善,更有效地整合其自身的优势,为中国地域内的消费者提供服务,从而有利于强化其核心竞争力,并将对中国本地银行的发展造成巨大的威胁。针对中国网络环境下外资银行对中国本地银行造成的威胁,本文建议中国本地银行根据自身现有优势,不断改革进取,在弥补自身不足的前提下,以外资银行在中国的发展趋势为借鉴,大力发展自身特色,尽快形成难以被人模仿的核心竞争力,以促进自身的发展,增强竞争优势,更好地面临严峻的挑战,促进中国经济的发展。
