目的：第一部分,评价系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者健康相关生存质量（HRQOL）,分析影响这些患者健康相关生存质量的主要因素。第二部分,调查SLE患者对SLE疾病相关知识的了解情况,并对患者实施全面的有效的健康教育。方法：第一部分,采用中文版SF-36生活质量量表对62例SLE患者进行生活质量测量,分析量表各维度得分与性别、年龄、学历、职业、病程、激素使用剂量、SLE疾病活动性指数（SLEDAI）等因素相关性。第二部分,制定SLE疾病知识调查表,对实施SLE健康教育前后SLE患者对疾病相关知识的了解程度差异,并进行统计分析。结果：第一部分,62例SLE患者的SF-36评分中生理功能（PF）、生理健康所致的角色限制（RP）、躯体疼痛（BP）、总体健康（GH）、活动（VT）、社会功能（SF）、情感问题所致的角色限制（RE）、心理健康（MH）所有8个维度评分与中国健康居民常模评分相比较明显下降有显著性（P均<0.01）;影响SLE患者健康相关生存质量的主要因素包括SLEDAI、病程、学历等。第二部分,对比分析SLE疾病相关知识健康教育前后62例SLE患者各单项得分及总得分情况,结果显示,健康教育后各单项得分及总得分均有显著升高（P均<0.01）。结论：SLE患者的健康相关生存质量各维度评分呈显著下降,与健康人群比较存在明显相关性（P<0.01）。SLE患者对疾病相关知识明显了解不足,阻碍了疾病的康复,在实施疾病知识健康教育后,患者对相关知识有了更多的了解。因此有必要对患者进行全面系统的健康教育,帮助患者树立战胜疾病的信心,以利于患者提高自身健康状况,促进疾病康复,改善生存质量。
