分光光度法分析不同陶瓷系统在金属烤瓷色彩复制中的实验研究

论文摘要

目的:1.比较比色板和分光光度计两种比色方法2.评价和比较三个公司的牙科陶瓷在色彩复制过程中的差异和颜色参数方向材料和方法:按照VITA比色板A2色制作三种牙科陶瓷试件(Vita VMK 95,Ceramco 3,Ceramax),包括0.8mm金属基底,0.2mm不透明瓷,0.8mm的牙本质瓷,0.5mm的牙釉质瓷,并抛光上釉。使用分光光度计测量制作出的试件,比较其与比色板上颜色的差异(CIE 1931)。运用方差分析测量各组颜色的差异和色彩参数的方向。结果:Ceramax组差异最大,Vita VMK 95差异最小,在黄色和蓝色轴参数方向上,有显著性差异,进一步的数据显示在临床标准和比色方法上并无显著性差异或关联,每个颜色参数的变化量决定于陶瓷系统。结果:Ceramax组差异最大,Vita VMK 95差异最小,在黄色和蓝色轴参数方向上,有显著性差异,进一步的数据显示在临床标准和比色方法上并无显著性差异或关联,每个颜色参数的变化量决定于陶瓷系统。结论:虽然对应Vita比色板的色度值相同,但是不同种类陶瓷的试件颜色有差异。不同类陶瓷在红色和黄色上表现出更明显的差异;颜色越亮,不同类的陶瓷差异越大。
