不同呈现模式对词汇学习效果的影响

论文摘要

本文作者依据展开理论和合作学习理论,通过比较两种不同的呈现模式——老师通过讲解举例教授词汇与学生小组内互助学习词汇——研究词汇学习的差异。作者首先对两个班的学生进行听写测试以及分析他们的大学入学考试成绩,以确定这两个班的英语水平没有显著差异。在实验中,每个班的学生按照上述不同的呈现方式中的一种,学习经过预测挑选出来的词汇,然后他们分别接受两次测试,一次在学习后一小时,另一次在两天之后,测试结果通过SPSS统计工具得出。另外,受试还完成了一份问卷调查并接受采访,其目的是获取更多数据证实测试的结果的有效性和可信度。本研究有如下主要发现:1.不同的呈现模式对受时的词汇学习产生影响;2.小组学习式呈现模式能更好地促进英语词汇的记忆;3.大部分学生在中学养成了被动地学习的习惯,但是如果时间充裕,他们愿意更多地运用小组学习的模式。总的来说,词汇学习的重要性一直得到关注。老师和学生的共同努力能提高英语词汇的学习效率。
