需求分析与课程设置优化 ——基于全日制专业学位(英语)研究生课程的研究

论文摘要

随着我国在2009年开始招录第一批全日制英语专业教育硕士研究生和各地高中新课改的深入,以教师职业为背景的全日制教育硕士越来越凸现出其理论性、实践性和职业专门性。本文旨在探讨在满足社会需求和学生学习需求的前提下来优化课程设置,以实现全日制教育硕士课程设置的优化,帮助改进教学,从而建立以需求分析为中心的全日制英语专业教育硕士课程。本文结合需求分析的相关理论,参照John Mundy和Hutchinson& Waters的需求分析模型,采用问卷调查来分析社会需求和学生学习需求,同时探讨课程设置与社会需求和学生学习需求的关系。本文的问卷设计基于Hutchinson& Waters的需求分析模型,同时涵盖了诸多文献中此类问卷的共性和特性。问卷数据采用EXCEL进行归纳统计。研究发现,多数高校的课程设置并非建立在社会需求和学生学习需求的基础之上,而是对现有在职教育硕士课程的改动和修补。本文通过针对用人单位和学生个人的问卷调查,分析了社会和用人单位对于人才培养的需求,以及学生对于课程设置的需求。同时也通过数据分析发现了现行课程设置在培养教师理念、课程模块、教材教法、教学实习等方面的诸多问题。研究结果发现,现行的课程设置很难满足社会需求和学习者需求。本文最后探讨了课程设置优化的原则,提出了一个可行的课程设置模块,同时,也对如何解决课程设置中的诸如教学实习、教材选择等问题提出了可操作的解决方案。本文认为,全日制英语专业教育硕士研究生的学习需求和社会需求可以通过课程优化设置来实现。
