作者倪惠宁(2019)在《冲刷带侵蚀煤层综放开采采动应力-裂隙演化特征研究》一文中研究指出:保德煤矿三盘区受大范围冲刷带侵蚀,冲刷带作为一种工作面回采过程中较为常见的地质异常体,严重影响工作面的安全回采。一方面冲刷带对煤层的侵蚀使可采资源量减少,同时冲刷带岩性为硬度较大的砂岩或砾岩,割冲刷带时易损坏采煤设备;另一方面冲刷带侵蚀区域顶板岩性变化大,不利于巷道支护,易导致顶板事故的发生。为掌握冲刷带侵蚀煤层回采过程中矿压显现特征,本文以神东保德煤矿81308工作面为研究背景,基于矿井和工作面地质赋存条件及开采参数,综合运用理论计算、相似模拟、数值模拟手段,对冲刷带侵蚀煤层综放开采采动应力-裂隙演化特征进行研究。首先,通过现场调研获得保德矿三盘区冲刷带侵蚀特点、81308工作面开采参数及煤岩体力学参数,为理论分析、相似模拟和数值模拟试验提供数据支撑。其次,建立冲刷带影响下采场矿压力学模型,对冲刷带侵蚀下工作面裂隙带发育、顶板破断及支架载荷特点进行理论分析发现:冲刷带侵蚀煤层后采高降低、直接顶厚度增加,采场两带发育高度降低;冲刷段顶板破断后形成砌体梁结构,非冲刷段顶板破断后在煤壁后方形成短悬臂梁结构;为保证覆岩结构的稳定性,冲刷段需提供9437~10558kN支撑力,非冲刷段需提供10859~12108kN支撑力。再次,建立相似模拟模型及FLAC、UDEC数值模拟模型,探究冲刷带侵蚀对覆岩破断运移、裂隙发育及应力分布特征的影响。研究发现:(1)冲刷段煤层受冲刷带侵蚀影响采高降低,同时直接顶较厚、垮落矸石充填程度高,基本顶岩层断裂后,破断岩块能形成稳定的砌体梁结构;非冲刷段回采时,采高较大,直接顶板垮落后离层空间大,基本顶出现整体滑落失稳,煤壁后方形成短悬臂梁结构,基本顶破断后工作面来压剧烈。(2)冲刷段回采时,采场应力呈对称拱形分布;回采至非冲刷段时,采场应力呈非对称拱形分布,冲刷段拱高低于非冲刷段。冲刷段煤层垂直应力峰值位置同煤壁距离要小于非冲刷段。(3)由于冲刷带侵蚀对工作面采高的影响,冲刷段裂隙带发育高度低于非冲刷段。最后,基于上述研究结果,结合81308工作面冲刷带侵蚀特点,综合分析冲刷带对工作面回采的影响,并针对性地提出过冲刷带的措施。研究结果对冲刷带侵蚀煤层开采及围岩控制具有一定的借鉴意义。图[43]表[7]参[67]
