尼莫地平对兔蛛网膜下腔出血后症状性脑血管痉挛的影响

论文摘要

目的:探讨尼莫地平对兔蛛网膜下腔出血后症状性脑血管痉挛的影响。方法:结扎家兔双侧颈总动脉,2 周后向蛛网膜下腔2 次注入自体动脉血从而建立症状性脑血管痉挛动物模型;治疗组家兔静脉内应用尼莫地平,观察对比神经功能缺失症状改善、血液流变学及电镜结果。结果:发现SAH+Nimodipine 组随着尼莫地平的应用,神经缺失症状逐渐好转。在SAH 后第4 天检测血流动力学发现各项指标见差异性明显,血液流变学得到改善(P<0.01)。通过透射电镜观察家兔基底动脉后见应用尼莫地平的SAH+Nimodipine 组兔病理改变较SAH 组减轻。结论:本实验证明蛛网膜下腔出血后早期应用尼莫地平对症状性脑血管痉挛具有明显的改善作用。
